Darren joined the Perth office of Gresham Partners as a Manager in 2005 and was promoted to Director, Corporate Finance in 2010.
In 2003, Darren joined NM Rothschild & Sons, working in their investment banking metals and mining team. Darren was involved in a number of mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and completed various general corporate advisory assignments. Before joining NM Rothschild & Sons, Darren also worked with Ernst & Young where he qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2001.
As well as being a Chartered Accountant, Darren has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Curtin University and a post-graduate diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
