Nick Goh joined Gresham in 2008 as head of its Asset Finance business. He has a career history spanning more than 17 years in Investment Banking focussing on originating structuring, advisory and placement in asset and infrastructure finance.
Nick has asset experience covering infrastructure, utilities, mining, financial services, property, transportation and lease assets. Globally, Nick has led transactions in Australia, USA, France, UK, Germany, Indonesia, New Zealand, Singapore, and China
Prior to Gresham, Nick was Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Allco Finance Group from 2001 to 2007. From 1997 to 2001 Nick was head of Project and Acquisition Finance at Transfield Holdings where he oversaw, structured and arranged, over $2 billion in capital raised for transactions for which Transfield was principal.
Prior to this Nick worked in Project and Structured Finance for National Australia Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Nick graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Economics, he is Chartered Accountant and has completed his Masters in Finance from Macquarie University.
