David joined Gresham in 2009 to assist in the structuring and execution of various asset finance transactions.
Prior to Gresham, David worked for the Caliburn Partnership gaining experience on a range of mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and general corporate advisory assignments across pharmaceuticals, industrials, financial services and media industry sectors. Prior to Caliburn, David worked as a Manager for Babcock & Brown for three and a half years in their Real Estate business executing and managing various direct real estate and corporate investments, public and private capital raisings and funds management initiatives. Prior to Babcock & Brown, David worked as a Solicitor for Clayton Utz in their Property & Structured Finance team.
David holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) from the Queensland University of Technology.
