About Gresham Private Equity

Gresham Private Equity is a leading mid market private equity manager focussed on leveraged buy out opportunities in the Australian and New Zealand markets, typically for enterprises valued between $100 to $500 million.

In addition to buy-outs and expansion capital opportunities, we originate and promote "public to private" transactions and "buy & build" or industry consolidations.

Since 1999, Gresham Private Equity has sponsored two private equity funds and is currently raising its third fund, which achieved its first close in 2008.

Gresham currently manages two private equity funds, Fund 2 and Fund 3. Fund 2 was established in 2004 and is now fully invested. Fund 3 has made one investment to date.
