Stuart James
Stuart was previously Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mayne Group Ltd where he led the de-merger of Mayne Pharma and Symbion Health.
Prior to this he was Managing Director of Australian Financial Services including Managing Director of Colonial State Bank (formerly the State Bank of New South Wales). These appointments were preceded by a 25 year career with Shell which included a number of senior management positions both in Australia and internationally.
Stuart is also a Director of AVFM and is also nominated as a member of the supervisory board of Wilters Kluwer.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
