Development Capital Mezzanine Debt and Preferred Equity Finance

Gresham has managed a series of Funds providing mezzanine debt and preferred capital for development projects, investment and property portfolios. These Funds have provided the opportunity for institutional and professional investors to participate in returns from higher yielding mezzanine and preferred capital investments.
