Gresham Property Fund No. 4

Gresham Property has recently completed the initial closing of Gresham Property Fund No. 4 and is targeting to raise commitments of between $150m and $200m. Interested investors should contact Mike Burley for further information.

Fund No. 4 is mandated to make investments in all sectors of the property market in Australia and New Zealand and is targeting individual investment opportunities of between $7.5 million to $25 million with the capacity to arrange co-investors for larger transactions.

Fund No. 4’s investment commitments were largely raised from institutional investors and included investors from its earlier Funds continuing their relationship with Gresham Property.
