Gresham Property Mezzanine Fund No. 2
Gresham Property closed its fund-raising for the Gresham Property Mezzanine Fund No. 2 in November 2004 with commitments of $100 million. The scope of its investment mandate had been broadened beyond development assets to include investment in investment assets and New Zealand developments.
Fund No. 2 was closed for further investments from December 2006 coinciding with the commencement of fund raising for Gresham Property Fund No. 3.
Fund No. 2 had similar terms, investment guidelines and investment processes to that of Fund No. 1. The commitments to invest were largely raised from institutional investors and included many Fund No. 1 investors continuing their relationship with Gresham Property with Fund No. 2.
