Agnieszka is Development Director where her primary role is to work with portfolio companies to identify and deliver performance improvement.

Agnieszka was previously a General Manager at David Jones where she was responsible for establishing and implementing the company's Retail Development Strategy. Prior to this, she was a Development Manager for Virgin Money Group based out of the UK and a Project Leader for the Boston Consulting Group working on profitability improvement projects for major corporations in Australia, New Zealand and Eastern Europe.

She has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from the University of Auckland.

She is a Director of Noel Leeming Group and an Alternate Director of Witchery.
