Darren joined Greshams Corporate Advisory team in 2008

Before joining Gresham, Darren spent 4 years at JPMorgan, working in their investment banking General Industries team in Sydney and later their Consumer, Healthcare and Retail team during a two year assignment in London. While at JPMorgan, Darren worked on a number of transactions including advising KKR on their £12bn acquisition of Alliance Boots, Siemens on their acquisition of Dade Behring and Bayer Diagnostics and GN Store Nord on the sale of their hearing instruments business, GN Resound.

Darren has also worked within ABN AMRO’s Infrastructure Capital team, where he was involved in the structuring and origination of Public Private Partnerships, and with management consulting firm, AT Kearney where he was focused on the Telecommunications industry.

Darren is a co-op scholar from the University of New South Wales and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & IT.
