Jon joined Gresham in 2007 and is a Managing Director of Gresham's corporate advisory business.

He has over 20 years experience with corporate finance transactions. He is an expert in equity capital markets, including IPOs, hybrid issues and capital management transactions.

Prior to joining Gresham, Jon was a Senior Partner at Allens Arthur Robinson where ^ he acted on a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions in the following sectors: Oil and Gas; Mineral Resources; Financial Services; Media and Telecommunications; Retail Estate; Transport and Logistics; Health and Aged Care. Landmark transactions include Telstra Privatisation (T1, T2 &T3); Privatisation of Sydney Airport; SP Ausnet IPO; INL & Sky TV merger; CCA sale of Philippines business; Privatisation of PNG's oil and mineral resource assets; Rothman, Cartier and Dunhill amalgamation and reconstruction.

Jon also advised on major equity capital markets and/or M&A transactions for AMP, Babcock & Brown, Billabong, Brambles, Crown Castle, DUET, FOXTEL, Eurotunnel, France Telecom, Galileo Funds Management, Gillette Industries, James Fielding, Henderson, IAG, Macquarie Airports, Macquarie Media Group, Multiplex, News Corporation, NRG Group, P&O, POWERS, Qantas, Ramsay, ROC Oil, Tishman Speyer, Rubicon America Trust, Westfield, Vodafone and Westpac.

Recent transactions include the acquisition of Magna Pacific by Destra Corp; the acquisition of Unwired by Seven Network; takeover bid by Roc Oil for Anzon and the takeover defence of Ridley Corporation.

Jon holds Bachelor degrees in Arts and Law and a Masters of Law from the University of Sydney.
