Mark joined Gresham in November 2009 and is a Director of Gresham’s corporate advisory business, Gresham Advisory Partners. 

Mark has over 10 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate advisory and law. 

Since joining Gresham, Mark has taken a lead role in a number of transactions including the demerger of Treasury Wine Estates by Foster’s and advising Foster’s on its takeover defence from SABMiller.

Prior to joining Gresham, Mark worked at Dresdner Kleinwort in London as a Vice President in its investment banking team where Mark undertook lead roles in the execution of complex cross border transactions for global corporates. Whilst at Dresdner Kleinwort, Mark focused on transaction execution in the Consumer, Retail and Healthcare sectors, completing transactions including PepsiCo Inc’s acquisition of JSC Lebedyansky, Medi-Clinic Corporation’s acquisition of Hirslanden AG and Nordzucker AG’s acquisition of Danisco Sugar AS.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws at Monash University. Mark has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment at the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and has been admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
