Neil is a Director where his primary role is in the identification of investment opportunities and in the management of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Gresham, Neil was a Director at BOS International where he helped establish and build the Acquisition Finance team in Australia as a leading arranger and underwriter of LBO debt. Prior to this, Neil worked in insolvency after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen.

Neil holds an Honours degree in Economics & Accounting from The University of Bristol, UK and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.

He is a Director of Silk Logistics.
