Praveena is an Associate Director where her primary role is to work with the CEO and the Investment Directors in the analysis, acquisition and on-going management of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Gresham, Praveena was a Senior Associate at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in the Corporate Advisory (M&A/Private Equity) division where she worked as a legal adviser on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Prior to this she practiced as a corporate lawyer with Deacons.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor Laws from the University of New South Wales and is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

She is a Director of Anthology.
