Roger rejoined Gresham in 2003 and is Deputy Chairman of Private Equity .

He is a KPMG trained Chartered Accountant and has 17 years investment banking experience with Turnbull & Partners, Gresham Partners as Head of Corporate Finance, and ABN Amro as Head of M&A.

Some of his notable deals include advising Wesfarmers on the acquisition of Bunnings and the establishment of the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust, advising Boral on its Asian expansion initiatives and advising Pacific Solar on its capital raising from Eurosolare.

Roger has a Bachelor and Master of Economics from Macquarie University.
