Tim joined Gresham in 1995 and is an Executive Director of Gresham's corporate advisory business.

Tim has worked on a variety of mergers and acquisitions advisory transactions. These have included the merger of Deutsche Bank's listed property trusts to create DB RREEF; the acquisition of AMP Diversified Property Trust by Stockland; the merger of Trust Company and Permanent Trustee Company; the merger of Australian Cement and QCL; the dual listed companies merger of BHP and Billiton and the proposed acquisition of Rio Tinto by BHP Billiton. He has also worked on a wide range of capital structure assignments, trade sales, restructurings and strategic advisory assignments.

Before joining Gresham Partners, Tim worked with McKinsey & Company where he was involved in strategic consulting to the manufacturing, banking, energy and pharmaceutical sectors in Australia and Denmark.

Tim holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Queensland and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales, where he graduated with Distinction.
