Gresham Property Fund No. 3
GPFML closed its fund-raising for the Gresham Property Fund No. 3 in 2007 with commitments of $140 million. Fund No. 3 will make investments in all sectors of the property market in Australia and New Zealand and is targeting individual investment opportunities of between $5 million to $25 million with the capacity to arrange co-investors for larger transactions.
Fund No. 3’s investment commitments were largely raised from institutional investors and included investors from both Fund No. 1 and Fund No. 2 continuing their relationship with Gresham Property.
The scope of the Fund No. 3 investment mandate is broader than the previous funds in that investments are not restricted to mezzanine loans and can be made using a variety of structures including as participating debt, preferred equity or through development agreement.
