Gresham Property currently invests in and manages illiquid property investments on behalf of a select group of mainly institutional investors.

Gresham Property manages two property mezzanine debt funds:

• Gresham Property Mezzanine Fund No. 2 - which closed in November 2004 with $100 million in investor commitments.
• Gresham Property Fund No. 3 - which completed its first close in December 2006 and has commitments to invest totalling $142 million.
