Daniel joined Gresham in 2007 as Development Director for Gresham Property and is based in the Melbourne office.
Prior to joining Gresham, he spent ten years as chief executive of the Smorgon family's Escor Property; a comprehensive property company involved in development, investment and property management across all property sectors.
Daniel's experience covers all facets of property development from project inception and design through to delivery; including project & construction management and project marketing. His investment experience has focused on acquisitions, value add strategies and property management.
Daniel's prior projects have been joint ventures developments ranging from residential apartments to large scale land subdivision.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Melbourne along with a Graduate Diploma in Building Project Management from Victoria University of Technology.
